Step-by-Step: How to Localize Your Course in Articulate Rise 360  

Step 1:  Open Your Rise 360 Dashboard

Start by logging into your Articulate Rise 360 dashboard, where all your courses are displayed.

Step 2: Select the Course to Translate

Hover over the tile of the course you want to localize.

Click the More icon (three dots). 
Select Translate from the dropdown menu. 

This opens Rise 360’s built-in translation workflow.

Step 3: Configure Translation Settings

A translation dialog box appears with the following options: 

1. Source Language

If your course is written in English, you can leave it as is. 

If it’s written in another language, select that language from the dropdown. 

2. Target Languages

Choose one or more languages you’d like the course translated into. 

You can select from a wide range of supported languages. 

3. Formality Level

Choose between Automatic or Formal. 

Pick the tone that best suits your audience. Use Formal for professional settings or Automatic for general-purpose training. 

Step 4: Click “Translate”

Once your settings are configured, click Translate. 

Articulate Rise 360 will automatically: 

Generate machine-translated versions of your course.

After translation, your dashboard will show a new course tile that represents the multi-language course stack.

Click the stack tile to open the Course Overview Page 

A language sidebar appears showing all available languages 

Click any language to preview that version of the course

Each version maintains the same interactions, quizzes, blocks, and flow as your original course, now presented in the target language.
